I had Duck Kway Teow (flat rice noodles) at Clementi Hawker recently. It’s from the stall facing the wet market (not facing the opposite shop houses). It only cost me $2.50 and tasted delicious. I added Tau Pok (fried bean curd) which I usually cannot resist and cost me additional $0.50.
The gravy did not have a strong herb aroma. It was just enough for my taste buds to lick the bowl up (I would have if I didn’t mind been looked upon as a hungry monster).
The duck meat was tender and had smooth texture. Chewing it was a pleasure I enjoyed.
