I love mushrooms, in creamy soup or with creamy spaghetti; stirred fried or deep fried. It is my comfort food.
Recently I joined a group of colleagues for a “luxurious” lunch, after a couple of days on budget lunch – wholemeal bread and instant coffee. The Fungi Spaghetti in cream sauce was my indulgence. At SGD$9.50, it seems reasonably priced to me. Looking at the photo to be inserted into this blog post is making me drool.
Usually I can handle about half a plate of cream spaghetti because the thick cream fills my tummy quite fast. But this plate of savoury mushrooms in cream could make me consume three quarters of it. It’s worth my money and satisfied my mushroom craving. Five out of Five Stars would be my rating.
