In my earlier post on getting a Wavy Hula Hoop as a surprise gift, I promised to update on my Hula Hooping Progress.
Here is my progress report for first week of Hula Hoop Regime:
1) perspiring throughout the five minutes of routine,
2) bruise feeling after day one; went away after 4th day,
3) enjoying 5 minutes of limelight from my extended family everyday,
4) getting my Sister-In-Law (busy working mum) interested in hooping,
5) feeling happy that I have at least 5 minutes of core muscles exercise routine daily.
This was how I appeared on the first two days of Hula Hooping. I appear more graceful from the third day on.
