GIVE AWAY: Story Wheel Post Reading Activity for Ages 5 to 8

At one of the KidsREAD sessions I had volunteered at earlier this year, I read aloud a book titled “Don’t Forget your Bacon!” by Pat Hutchins, to the children. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Don%27t_Forget_the_Bacon!) I wanted to create a post-reading activity, instead of using the available materials given to us. After a few weeks of work, I created a Story Wheel template. I had hoped that the children could bring it home and revise the rhyming words in a fun way with the Story Wheel.

I would like to share this Story Wheel for free. Please perform the following steps and you’ll get the Story Wheel in PDF so you can print it and make a Story Wheel for your children!

For Facebook users (1) Like and Follow our Facebook Page, http://facebook.com/motherhoodmeansbusiness (2) Comment “Me”, and I’ll send you the PDF.

For non Facebook users (1) Subscribed to our Blog, and (2) send me an email. I’ll send the PDF to you!

You may want to show this YouTube video of Read Aloud session with your children before the Story Wheel Activity, if you are not reading it personally. https://youtu.be/k1sRN2RlDAQ

There is a photo showing an example of the assembled Story Wheel.
